You used to get it done.
You were always the "go to" woman for everyone around you - at the office, in your home, or within the community. Lately you feel overwhelmed and less confident, like you have lost your edge. Forget drive, you can't stay focused and barely feel productive. You wonder about the future and are more fearful and anxious than before. You've worked so hard to get here - but wonder if this is even where you belong.
You used to sleep.
Ahhh, the days when you could stay up late, get up early, and still kick butt all day. And when you went to bed, you actually slept! Now you reach for an extra glass of wine and your phone to unwind, rely on extra coffee to get moving, and do your best problem solving around 4 am. You are just so tired.
You used to be energetic.
You ate fairly healthy, found time here and there to exercise and socialize, were usually in a good mood, and still had energy and smiles to spare. That just feels so hard right now, and the voice in your head is saying "welcome to midlife". You miss that woman you used to be but aren't sure how you got here, much less how to get back to her. You feel so overwhelmed.
This client felt that way, but here's what she had to say after completing a private coaching program:
"Renee’s program and her Coaching techniques helped me make real change in my life. From the initial assessment, to the first weekly Coaching session, I knew this was going to be different. Renee asked all the right (hard) questions that helped me diagnose the areas of my life and my habits that needed adjusting to feel better and live a healthier lifestyle. She was invested in me and my opportunities, constantly doing research on my focus areas and providing me with new information I could apply to stay on track." -KS
A guide for women who want the energy and confidence to feel like themselves again after midlife.
See what other midlife women say are their biggest stressors; when stress impacts your mind (and your waistline); why your mindset has to change first; where your exercise is failing you; why your daily habits are essential for success; and how to identify what is holding you back.
Here's what a recent client shared after going through our private coaching:
"I initially wanted to hire you just for accountability. As we moved through the process I realized that it was so much more than that. You actually listened to me and reminded me of the things I had said as well as where my state of mind was in the beginning and how it was changing over time. These helped build my confidence and remove the negative self talk. I learned from this coaching experience that diet and exercise are absolutely vital for me both mentally and physically. I have gained confidence, trust in myself, and a more positive outlook. I feel stronger, less exhausted and generally just happier." -TS
MEND provides a personalized blueprint to feel like your confident, vibrant self again by reducing stress, increasing energy, and implementing the specific changes that will have the biggest and most lasting impact for you.
Ironically, high achieving women are more likely to suffer from negative self talk and limiting beliefs. That's why Mindset is the first step in my coaching process. The confidence you feel inside should reflect that powerful woman everyone else admires on the outside.
Next, a woman's Exercise and Nutrition needs change as she gets older, particularly after menopause or during periods of chronic stress. This part of my coaching process helps customize movement and foods that support your body and a healthy lifestyle.
To ensure you have success long after your private coaching ends, the last element is Daily habits. Not only will you be empowered for the long haul, you will be more resilient and better able to handle life's next challenge.
12 week commitment, $1497 investment.
Please note: The MEND Method requires an application and acceptance process, due to the high level of personal commitment and readiness for change that is required. Want to see if you are a good fit? Apply for a free MEND strategy session here..

I'm a health and safety engineer, turned certified health coach, with 35 years experience helping others - from people in Fortune 100 board rooms to individual private clients.
If you are a fan of personality assessments, I'm a Myers Briggs ESTJ, Enneagram 3, and DISC profile high D. If you aren't sure what any of that means - I'm super organized, responsible, driven, results oriented and love to see people succeed. I think you will find that makes for a great coach and accountability partner when you are ready to see results.
Other than organized, the word my friends most often use to describe me is inspiring. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 and worked hard every day to take back my health. I celebrated the end of cancer treatment by participating in my first triathlon (which I trained for throughout radiation) and celebrated my 1st cancerversary by running in my first 1/2 marathon. I'm now proud to call myself a cancer rebel.
I became a Certified Heath Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2018 and have additional certificates in Stress Management, Mindfulness, and Meditation. I also hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from North Carolina State University.
On the personal side - I am always up for a physical challenge and fueled by a mix of competition and adventure with my 3 adult sons. We've done 5 Rugged Maniacs, a highest difficulty rock climb, jumped down waterfalls in the Dominican Republic, and zip lined on the side of a volcano in Nicaragua. I do my best relaxing on the beach at sunrise or sunset, with my dog by my side.
